Formed in 2001, lo-boy is a slow, low and pretty postrock duo--formerly of Pittsburgh, PA; now of Madison, WI and Montreal, QC. Originally conceived as a "two bass cabaret act," the band has branched out to create spacious and minimalist-yet-massive arrangments. Good woofers are recommended for maximum listening pleasure.
